Apertera Partners with War Child Canada to Empower Children Affected by Conflict

TORONTO, LE 22 AOÛT 2023 – Apertera and War Child Canada are proud to announce their partnership and mutual commitment to empowering children whose lives have been impacted by conflict all over the world.

War Child a été fondée en 1999 par Dre Samantha Nutt, qui dans sa jeunesse a offert des soins aux enfants meurtris par la violence et le désespoir de la guerre. Ayant passé plus de la moitié de sa vie à travailler dans des zones de guerre, elle a constaté de première main que le rétablissement d’une communauté à la suite d’un conflit armé est long et difficile. War Child Canada est le résultat de son engagement à défendre les intérêts des enfants et des familles victimes de guerres, tout en cherchant des solutions à long terme aux problèmes causés par celles-ci.

The CEO of Apertera, Gary Kalaci, has himself had to navigate the challenges and difficulties of war-torn countries when, eager to help and capable of speaking multiple languages, he served as an interpreter for Kosovo refugees. This experience, and the understanding he gained for the importance of communication in empowering those in need, informed the founding of Apertera, and the importance of this partnership with War Child Canada.
